Reinstate "Mail A Check" Feature

Our office is very interested in using the "Mail A Check" feature in a significant volume. We understand that you launched the feature in 2018 and then canceled it. What would it take to reinstate the feature?

Hi Eliane,

What kind of volume are you looking for?

Hi Travis,

Thanks for the quick response. While we see a lot of potential with the feature to assist our office, it's hard to give a number as our usage would depend on fluctuating variables such as manpower and the need for the feature arising in individual files we're dealing with on a case by case basis. What volume would you need for reinstation of the feature to be viable?

Well what we could do is enable it for certain customers who wish to use it. Volume isn't too much of an issue really.

That would be wonderful if you would enable it for us, please. When will we be able to start using the feature?

Hi Eliane,

After review and discussion, we would be willing to reactivate the feature for particular customers if you are willing to upgrade to our Enterprise Plan ($99/Mo for Sanford, NC and $149/mo for a Premium Address).

There would then be a Postage + $2 fee just like a regular forward for each check generated.

Please let me know if this is acceptable to you.

Based on feedback, we do plan to implement this back. More information will follow soon.

Hello,

This feature has been reinstated for Enterprise Accounts. In order to upgrade, please navigate to our Pricing page at TravelingMailbox.com ... Switch the view from Most Popular to Enterprise, and signup for an Enterprise account. Once you have done this, please email Support@TravelingMailbox.com and we will upgrade your account for you. You will then be able to perform the Mail A Check function. Note: It is Postage + $2 per check issued.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
