Just a quick update on this. We are continuing to implement our FedEx Express Shipping options. API Implementation has been completed and we will be working to provide the option to other services. We still need to tweak estimates as well but overall, customers should now have access to a more transparent and faster shipping option at a low rate.

Thanks!

Just used FedX and the only option that I see missing, is the ability to insure or declare a package value.

Great service, Thank You.

Our first implementation of FedEx Shipping has been completed. Further enhancements or improvements may come as we evaluate what we have setup and depending upon customer needs.

Allow the option to have FedEx shipments be billed directly to the recipients FedEx Account. This is already an option on the FedEx Airbill under payment, bill to recipient.

We will be adding a FedEx Overnight option for domestic shipments today. The cost of shipping will be cut in half also!

The new FedEx Overnight option is now available! Depending on where the shipment is going, customers should see lower prices.

Travis:

You might want to have a sit down with FedEx and discuss expectations. I paid 62USD for them to send me an envelop overseas "international priority". They missed the first two delivery days with no explanation or update. I contacted them to inquire "important documents". No response. They have missed the delivery date 4 days now. Not a peep out of them, I contacted them again. Told them these were important documents. If the shipment has been lost or tampered with (previous experience ), they need to update me now so I can freeze accounts, not when they actually figure out what happened......no response yet. Definitely sub par vs. the service USPS has delivered for me when shipping from TMB. I definitely won't be using them again.

I don't want to open a ticket with TMB. I will deal with FedEX. I just want you to have some ammo when you discuss performance with them. Also, I want everybody else to beware. They might also encounter issues. There could be a viable reason for the delay, but not the lack of urgency/concern for the customer. I like the service TMB provides, but you know your good reputation with customers could be at risk if FedEx continues to perform like that. Guilt by association, deserved or not.

Just a heads up on FedEx. I know you guys can't control their execution.

You guys are doing a great job!

Hi Philip,

I will forward these concerns to our FedEx International Rep. I highly recommend using FedEx because it has made our life easier on this end dealing with lost shipments. With FedEx you have full tracking and it really is better than not having it at all. I do agree there seems to be an issue here so I am looking into it.

Yes. Some parts of their organization are good. I dealt with them throughout my career. The people in this process were terrible. I'll spare you the details. No need to contact them. I tried their support organization in this channel, worthless. Promised me deliveries for 5 straight days. Never showed up, never contacted me. Just the automated " we will deliver tommorrow". Truth is, my shipment has sat in Bangkok for the past 5 days and there has been no attempt at all by the contracted carrier to even move it out of Bangkok, much less deliver it. Cost me a personal business deal because I was obligated to produce documents that they weren't even trying to deliver. I have shared this all with there VP for Customer support. Don't feel the need to waste your time on this. I will deal with it. Just wanted you to be aware. This wasn't a little "slip up". It was the failure of the entire process.

And life goes on......
