Add date added to document list

Right now there's no way to tell when a document was scanned.

Hello,

Once an envelope has been opened and scanned, you are notified via email and push notifications if you have the apps and the Open and Scan text with the wording Completed will show on the envelope history. If you hover over Completed, the date will appear as well.
